We reserve the right to sell or refuse to sell our puppies, adult dogs, products and provide services to any person that we chose to.

Whenever we do not have puppies on hand we do have a call back list for those interested in future litters. We do not take deposits prior to puppies being born and rarely offer a first pick of the litter.

When puppies are born we will contact our call back list after we have posted pictures to our website. It is a first come first serve basis. 

We require a deposit of $200 US dollars in the form of a money order, cashier’s check or paypal for our puppies. We will place a puppy on hold status for no more than six(6) days for the pending deposit. There is a service fee added on when using paypal. We do not accept personal checks on the deposit. The deposit that we require on our adult dogs is half of the sale price.

Final payment must be made at or by eight weeks old. We will accept personal checks for the final payment, if we receive it when the puppy is six weeks old. If the check does not clear or is fraudulent, our contract with this customer is null and void. If final payment is not paid in full, we will offer the puppy to a new family. Our puppies are ready to go to their new homes at 9 weeks old. We want our puppies to go home at this time so that they can start bonding with their new families. If the family is not able to pick up the puppy there will be a boarding fee of $15 a day. This arrangement must be made when the puppy is at the most six weeks old.

Before our adult dogs go to their new homes we have them spayed or neutered and require that they stay in our care for a week after the procedure.

We will register all puppies ourselves with the name Liberty at the front, the new owners are allowed to pick the rest of the puppies registered name if they have reserved the puppy prior to us registering them, which we will do at 7 weeks of age. Unless otherwise arranged, all puppies will be Limited registration and it is expected that they will be spayed or neutered.

It is possible to change the registration status from Limited to Full as long as both the new owners and the breeder are in agreement. We will consider this on an individual basis if the proper health tests have been passed, and the additional fee has been paid.

We will ship puppies within the US, Canada and Mexico. All efforts will be made to book the shortest route possible to allow for minimal stress on the puppy. All shipping costs are paid by the new owner and include crate, health certificate, food, all the travel arrangements and transportation to the airport. A shipping quote will be provided upon request.

We also offer very high quality gifts, collectibles, and home decor. We will accept personal checks on the purchase of these products. We will send an invoice including shipping and any applicable taxes, either via email, phone or mail carrier.
